VGL GROUP RECEIVED AN HONOURABLE MENTION DURING XVI LOGISTICS, TRANSPORT AND PRODUCTION GALA 2015

It is also a summary of the activities of the leading logistics operators in the market and an opportunity to award prizes in the ranking Logistics Operator of the Year 2015 – survey of customer satisfaction with the service logistics companies. We had the pleasure to take part in the event for the first time.

A randomly selected group of VGL Group customers anonymously evaluated the quality of our service in relation to their expectations and needs in comparison to other competitors. In the list of top rated companies in different types of services , VGL Group received an honorable mention in 7 categories: total freight transport, maritime transport, air transport, rail and intermodal container shipping, customs and forwarding services. Moreover, 100 % of VGL Group customers asses highly the completeness of supply, more than 96 % – their accuracy , and our timeliness received the highest ratings from 92 % of our customers. Worth noting is the high score for the price of our services and the circulation of information on the status of orders – more than 94 % gave us the highest marks. In total, 75% of respondents would recommend VGL Group services to others.
