On December 7th during the Logistics, Transport and Production Gala at the Sofitel Victoria Hotel in Warsaw, the results of the 16th edition of the Logistics Operator of the Year 2017 survey were announced.
The Logistics Leader Award in the category Road, Rail, Air and Sea forwarding was won by the VGL Group.
The prize was collected by Paweł Todorow, a Board Member of the VGL Group.
VGL Group is one of the strongest companies in the sea and air forwarding segment, with recognized geographical scope of operation and high standards of delivery, which successfully develops its competence in land operations, also in the field of warehousing, logistics and distribution. VGL Group received the best score in communication with the customer, the response time to the request for quotation or the flow of information on the delivery status.
The Logistics, Transport and Production Gala is the largest meeting of top management representatives from the logistics, transport and production industry, during which the results of customer satisfaction survey Logistic Operator of the Year are announced. During this event, we also meet the laureates of the Innovative Product for Logistics, Transport and Production and the results of the Supply Chain Designer.
Logistics Operator of the Year is a survey of customer satisfaction of logistics operators, which provides objective information on the scope and quality of logistic services offered on the market. The research has been conducted for several years by Data Group Consulting and Eurologistics Publishing.
The aim of the Logistic Operator of the Year survey is to provide market participants with knowledge about customer expectations and the level of logistics services. Based on the results of the survey, a ranking of companies with the highest trust of customers is created. The ranking is used to promote logistic services of the highest quality.
